You’ll be involved from tender stage through to final account — with real influence over how projects are priced, won, and delivered.

💼 What you’ll be doing
* Pricing and winning work — not just measuring it
* Reviewing drawings and building tenders from the ground up
* Speaking directly with subcontractors and suppliers to shape competitive bids
* Managing projects commercially once secured
* Handling valuations, variations and final accounts
* Keeping a close eye on cost, margin and performance
* Acting as a key point of contact with clients

* Background in Quantity Surveying, Estimating or Commercial roles
* Someone who understands both winning work AND delivering it profitably
* Comfortable dealing with clients and making commercial decisions
