We are looking for a Health & Safety Lead for a major hyperscale data centre project in Finland.

Site-based leadership role during COVERING Health , Safety & Environmental. This employer hold a strong passion for safety ensuring everyone gets home SAFE! Due to the pace of the award our client are after a individual that's worked in Finland on a similar mission critical scheme.

You will understand the rules, regs, supply chain and FINLAND's WAY OF DOING THINGS. It's the local experience that's critical for this client as they break ground very shortly.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead all health and safety operations on a large, live data centre new build projects

* Own and continuously improve the project H&S management system in line with Finnish legislation and client requirements.

* Provide strong visible leadership and coaching to the team

* Oversee risk assessments, method statement reviews, permit-to-work systems, and high-risk activity

* Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and incident investigations

* Deliver training, inductions, and toolbox talks.

Candidate Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Health & Safety Lead or Senior H&S Manager on large-scale construction projects (data centre, industrial or critical infrastructure).

* NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent international qualification) is essential.

* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

* Happy to be based full time in Finland
