This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established RIBA chartered practice who offer award-winning services to the residential and commercial sectors. They are on the lookout for a proactive and talented Newly Qualified Architect to join their team in Southport.

Manage and deliver on various residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion
Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
Produce detailed drawing packages using RevitSkills and experience for the role of Newly Qualified Architect:

ARB registered
Relevant post Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
Proficiency with ArchiCAD is advantageous
Experience working on projects within the residential and commercial sector
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
Excellent drawing and design skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
