Senior Building Surveyor

This position delivers a mix of professional and project surveying services across commercial property portfolios, alongside client development and revenue contribution.

Responsibilities

* Deliver dilapidations advice and landlord and tenant instructions

* Undertake technical due diligence and acquisition surveys

* Manage project work including feasibility and contract administration

* Maintain client relationships and support communication

* Contribute to new business development and revenue generation

Requirements

* Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline

* MRICS with post-qualification experience

* Experience within commercial property surveying

* Capability across both professional and project services

* Technical and commercial awareness

Salary & Package

* £60,000 – £70,000 basic salary

* Performance-related bonus and commission scheme
