NPORS/CPCS Forward Tipping Dumper Driver – Corby

Stridden Limited are recruiting on behalf of an established Groundworks and Civils Contractor who are currently looking for an experienced CPCS/NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper Driver with a Traffic Marshall ticket to join their team on a new site in Corby.

Start Date: Wednesday 29th April 2026
Location: Corby
Rate: £21 per hour
Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Paid Hours: 8.5 hours per day
Job Type: Temporary
Duration: 2–4 weeks

Dumper Driver – The Role

The successful candidate will be working as part of a busy site team and will be responsible for safely operating a Forward Tipping Dumper on a construction site. You will also be required to tow a bowser for dust suppression and assist with Traffic Marshall duties and gate support when required.

This role would suit someone who is experienced, reliable, safety-conscious and happy to muck in with the team when needed.

Dumper Driver – Key Duties

Your role will involve:

* Operating a Forward Tipping Dumper on site

* Towing a bowser for dust suppression

* Carrying out Traffic Marshall duties when required

* Assisting on the gate when necessary

* Working safely and efficiently as part of the site team

* Supporting general site duties when needed

Dumper Driver – Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

* Valid CPCS or NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper ticket, preferably Blue Carded

* Traffic Marshall ticket

* Full PPE including hi-vis, safety boots and hard hat

* Previous experience working on construction sites

* A reliable and proactive attitude

* Ability to work well as part of a team

* Availability to start on Wednesday 29th April 2026

* Ability to travel to site in Corby

* Two references available on application
