MEP Lead

Our client is an established privately-owned MEP services contractor who have been in business for over 20 years and they are searching for an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Project Manager to join them as their MEP Lead based in Glasgow.

They specialise in pre-fabrication, new installation and refurbishment, providing market leading services across various sectors including Commercial, Education, Leisure, Accommodation, Residential, MOD/MOJ, Industrial, Retail and Health. They have work secured until 2028 within the region and lots in the pipeline!

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of Building Services projects

• Oversee site teams ensuring compliance with programme timelines

• Lead progress meetings, monitor installation milestones, and report issues proactively

• Take commercial responsibility for project budgets

• Act as principal point of contact for clients

• Lead client meetings, reporting on progress, financials

• Acts as final project sign-off authority prior to handover

The initial project you would go onto is within the Education sector, which is currently in the Pre-Construction stage in the West of Scotland based between site and office. You will report directly into the Regional Contracts Manager, you will also have a team of 4 PM/Engineers and Supervisors below you

Experience required:

• Running large scale projects having had full responsibility in managing full Mechanical or Electrical discipline

• Client facing, progress reporting, programming, cost reporting

• Strong background in managing teams etc
