💰 Up to £68,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
We are working in partnership with a leading Facilities Management provider to recruit an experienced FM Contracts Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial contracts across Scotland.
This is a key leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong HVAC or mechanical background, looking to take full ownership of multiple contracts, drive performance, and build strong client relationships.
The Role
As FM Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of several hard FM contracts, ensuring service delivery is maintained to the highest standards across all sites.
Key responsibilities include:
* Full responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of multiple contracts
* Overseeing delivery of hard services, with a focus on mechanical and HVAC systems
* Managing and developing a team of engineers, supervisors, and site managers
* Ensuring all contracts meet and exceed KPIs, SLAs, and compliance standards
* Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong and lasting relationships
* Managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L, ensuring financial targets are achieved
* Driving continuous improvement, identifying efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
* Leading on additional works, variations, and contract growth opportunities
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety, statutory regulations, and industry standards
About You
We are keen to speak with candidates who have:
* Proven experience in a Contracts Manager, FM Manager, or Senior Operations role within Facilities Management
* A strong technical background in HVAC, mechanical services, or building services engineering
* Experience managing multi-site commercial portfolios
* Solid understanding of hard FM service delivery and compliance
* Demonstrable experience managing financials, budgets, and P&L
* Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
* Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate and develop teams
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commercial mindset
