A well-established, independent construction consultancy based in Oxford is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is a strong opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work across residential, education, heritage, and commercial sectors within a personable and quality-driven environment. The Quantity Surveyor Role
The Quantity Surveyor will support and deliver projects from feasibility through to completion, covering cost planning, procurement, and contract administration. The Quantity Surveyor will manage valuations, variations, and reporting while working closely with clients and project teams, ensuring strong commercial control.

Quantity Surveyor – Key Responsibilities
* Prepare cost plans, budgets and feasibility estimates
* Manage tender processes and procurement activities
* Undertake cost reporting, valuations and final accounts
* Administer contracts (primarily JCT)
* Monitor project costs and manage variations
* Liaise with clients and project stakeholders

Quantity Surveyor – Candidate Requirements
* 3-5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor within consultancy or main contractor
* Experience across residential, education, heritage or commercial sectors
* Strong understanding of pre- and post-contract duties
* Experience administering JCT contracts
* RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
* Working towards MRICS or keen to achieve
* Strong communication and commercial skills
