Senior Quantity Surveyor

An ambitious Cost Consultancy are seeking a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor, eager to become an Associate, for their expanding London office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

Joining a close-knit quantity surveying team, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will primarily be responsible for delivering an array of commercial fit-out, CAT A and CAT B, projects across London and the Southeast.

Outside of project delivery, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor shall mentor more junior Quantity Surveyors in the team and help the senior management team with business development tasks and winning new work.

PQS / Consultancy background
MRICS would be a plus, not essential
Fit out project experience would be a plus
