We provide Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and CDM Consultancy Services.
Our work spans the retail, commercial/office, leisure, and residential sectors, with extensive experience across a wide variety of project types.

Qualifications
* Degree in Quantity Surveying – Essential
* APC Candidate or working towards MRICS – Desirable

Main Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering the full Quantity Surveying service from feasibility through to final account management, including:
* Contract Experience – Working with traditional JCT contracts (typically without quantities, including CDPs, or Design and Build Contracts).
* Feasibility and Cost Planning – Feasibility estimating, approximate quantities, and detailed cost planning using NRM 1 and NRM 2.
* Pre-Contract Duties – Design review, value engineering, value management, preparation of tender documentation, tender analysis, and preparation of contract documentation.
* Post-Contract Duties – Managing monthly valuations, cost reporting, valuing variations and changes, and agreeing final accounts. May also include life cycle costing.
* Client Interaction – Acting as a client-facing representative, attending client review meetings, design meetings, and cost or procurement meetings as required.
