Health & Safety Manager – Construction
Location: Reading (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 + Package

The Role Our client is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable HSE professional to lead on health and safety across multiple sites. You will be responsible for driving best practice, ensuring compliance, and embedding a strong safety culture throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures
Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Provide guidance and support to operational and senior leadership teams
Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventative actions
Deliver training and promote continuous improvement in HSE performance
Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and all relevant UK legislation  About You
Proven experience in a Health & Safety role within the construction sector
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
Strong understanding of UK health and safety legislation and CDM regulations
Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Organised, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach  Package
£80,000 – £90,000 salary
Hybrid working (combination of site, office, and home)
