Peace Recruitment is delighted to be working with an award-winning residential developer to appoint an Assistant Site Manager for a prestigious new flatted development in Leith.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected business known for delivering quality homes and high-spec developments across Scotland. You will work alongside an experienced site team, supporting the successful delivery of a flagship steel-framed residential project.

The Role:

* Assist with the day-to-day management of site operations

* Support programme delivery to ensure key deadlines are achieved

* Maintain high standards of health & safety across site

* Monitor subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship throughout

* Help drive build quality, customer satisfaction, and snag-free handovers

* Work closely with the Site Manager and wider project team

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within residential construction

* Experience working on flatted developments is essential

* Steel frame construction experience is highly desirable

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Passion for delivering quality projects safely and on programme

Essential Qualifications:

* CSCS Card

* SMSTS

* First Aid at Work
