Quantity Surveyor required to work for a main contractor who specialise in Restoration / High end new builds up to £15 million. A Construction group delivering some of the UK’s most prestigious, high‑quality, design‑led projects
The Quantity Surveyor will be based in Oxford, some remote working.
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Take full commercial control of bespoke, high‑value projects:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, CVRs, valuations & final accounts
Oversee procurement, tenders & subcontractor negotiations
Manage JCT contracts, risk, CDP elements & cashflow
Mentor junior team members and support commercial growth
