Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages
Develop and coordinate models primarily using Revit
Work collaboratively with architects, consultants, and project teams
Assist in the preparation of planning and building regulation submissions
Ensure compliance with current building regulations and standards
Contribute to design development with a focus on technical delivery
Attend project meetings and liaise with stakeholders as requiredIdeal Candidate
Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field and at least several years industry experience
Strong technical detailing ability, or a willingness to develop these skills
Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable, as it is the primary software used
Working knowledge of AutoCAD would be beneficial
Experience in sectors such as education, healthcare, transport, civic, or community projects is advantageous but not essential
Open to candidates at varying levels, including more junior applicants with the right attitude and eagerness to learn
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Proactive, motivated, and adaptable in a challenging market environment
