Quantity Surveyor – Social Housing / Cladding Remediation

We’re recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing contractor delivering social housing refurbishment and cladding remediation schemes.

You’ll be commercially responsible for this 14 million pound 7 story remeadiation scheme in Sheffield, working across phased programmes with a strong pipeline of secured work.

Key experience required:

* Social housing / planned works
* Refurbishment or cladding remediation
* JCT contracts
* Managing own time – comms lead for the project – hands on role. 

Salary up to 65k plus package – scheme is currently at gateway stage and is likely to go live June/July 26 

This is a hands-on role in a delivery-focused team, offering long-term stability and immediate involvement in live projects.
