About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a residential development project based in Shrewsbury. This is a temporary position, ideal for a proactive and hands-on individual with a strong background in housebuilding.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure the project runs to programme

* Manage subcontractors and site personnel effectively

* Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard of quality

* Maintain strict health & safety compliance on site

* Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site logistics

* Report progress to senior management and attend site meetings

* Ensure all works are completed in line with drawings and specifications

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential developments

* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme deadlines

* Good eye for detail and quality control
