HQ based in Hampshire, with projects in the South Coast.

The Role – Estimator (Construction)

The Estimator will support tendering and pre‑construction activity.

You’ll prepare accurate cost estimates, evaluate drawings and specifications, and work closely with the design, commercial and project teams to ensure competitive, well‑evaluated submissions.

* Preparing accurate cost estimates for façade systems such as rainscreen cladding, SFS and insulation‑based solutions

* Reviewing tender documents, drawings and technical specifications.

* Working with in‑house design teams to develop compliant and value‑engineered proposals.

* Obtaining subcontractor and supplier quotations, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.

* Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.

They are open to candidates from a construction background, who are open working within the external envelope.
