We’re working with a leading main contractor who specialises in social housing refurbishment, and they’re looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to deliver a key externals project in East London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of secured work, excellent culture, and outstanding staff retention.

The Project
You’ll be managing an occupied social housing scheme on the L&Q framework, delivering:

* Window replacements

* Roofing works
All within a live environment, requiring a strong focus on resident liaison and programme delivery.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience managing social housing refurbishment projects

* Strong track record working in occupied environments

* Ability to manage programmes, subcontractors, and site safety effectively

* Excellent communication skills, particularly when dealing with residents and stakeholders
