Electrical Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee night shift operations on a commercial project. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage teams effectively to meet project deadlines and safety standards.

Electrical Supervsior Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on-site during night shifts

* Manage and support a team of electricians and subcontractors

* Ensure all work is carried out in line with current regulations and project specifications

* Conduct site inspections and maintain high standards of health & safety compliance

* Liaise with site management, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery

* Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials, and workforce

* Identify and resolve any issues or delays promptly

Electrical Supervsior Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial projects

* Gold ECS

* SSSTS or SMSTS certification

* Strong knowledge of electrical systems and current regulations

* Ability to lead and motivate a team

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

* Enhanced DBS check (essential)

* Flexibility to work consistent night shifts
