Our client, a regional House Building Contractor are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their existing team, on a project in Sunderland. The project will involve managing a busy home building site with a number of plots at different stages of build. Starting ASAP and is expected to last for 2 / 3 weeks
Due to the importance of the role, it is imperative that candidates have relevant new build residential experience.
Candidate Requirements:
* SMSTS
* CSCS card
* 3-day First Aid
