TSR Recruitment are currently recruiting for a well-established and financially strong main contractor, has an excellent reputation for delivering high quality commercial and industrial projects across the UK. Due to continued growth and a strong forward order book, they now require an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple steel frame new build schemes.

The Role

Full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects (typically £1m-£25m) from pre-construction through to final account and defects period
Managing site teams, subcontractors and supply chain
Driving programme, commercial performance, health & safety and quality standards
Client liaison and regular reporting at senior level
Leading regular project reviews and ensuring profitable outcomes

The Person

Proven track record as a Contracts Manager /Project Manager looking to step up)
Experience delivering commercial, industrial, logistics, or similar projects (new build or refurbishment)
Strong commercial and contractual awareness with excellent client facing skills
Ability to manage multiple schemes concurrently

Highly competitive basic salary (negotiable DOE)
