About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join a major £50 million residential construction project in London. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate looking to kick-start their career within a dynamic and fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports

* Support the procurement process, including tender analysis and subcontractor selection

* Monitor project costs and track variations

* Help manage subcontractor accounts and payments

* Conduct site visits and liaise with project teams to ensure financial control

* Assist in risk management and value engineering processes

Requirements

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline

* Strong numerical and analytical skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

* Eagerness to learn and develop within the construction industry
