Façade Manager – South West London

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Façade Manager to join a major construction project in South West London. This role is ideal for a driven and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in façade systems and external envelope delivery.

Salary: £75,000 per annum

About the Role
You will be responsible for overseeing the design, coordination, and installation of façade packages on a large-scale construction project. Working closely with the project team, you will ensure all façade works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the full façade package from design through to installation and handover

* Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors

* Ensure compliance with project specifications, building regulations, and health & safety standards

* Monitor programme and drive progress on site

* Oversee quality control and ensure high standards of workmanship

* Identify and manage risks related to façade works

* Provide regular updates to senior management

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Façade Manager on large-scale construction projects

* Strong technical knowledge of façade systems (cladding, curtain walling, glazing, etc.)

* Excellent coordination and communication skills

* Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme delivery

* Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements
