Site Engineer – North West London

Project: £50M Residential Development
Salary: £80,000 per annum

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major £50 million residential construction project in North West London. This role is ideal for a driven and technically capable professional with a strong background in setting out and site engineering on large-scale developments.

About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of the project, ensuring all setting out and engineering works are carried out accurately and in line with project specifications. Working closely with the site team, you will help maintain quality, programme, and compliance on site.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out accurate setting out and surveying duties

* Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications

* Ensure works are delivered in line with design and quality standards

* Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams

* Monitor progress and report on site activities

* Maintain site records, including QA documentation and as-built drawings

* Assist in resolving technical issues on site

* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Engineer within the construction industry

* Strong setting out and surveying skills

* Proficiency with relevant equipment (e.g. total stations, GPS)

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Relevant engineering or construction qualification
