We are partnered with a leading national house builder to onboard an experienced Head of Customer Service to work within their Building Safety team. Offering longevity and stable employment, you will be an accomplished leader, taking responsibility for the effective delivery of a consistent and positive customer journey. You will ensure that your Division listens to what the customers say and ensure that your responses are effective, appropriate and personal. This is a Board level role that will require an element of travel for team meetings.
