Salary: £55,000-£65,000 + Car Allowance

Holiday: 26 Days + Bank Holidays

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a passion for delivering high‑quality internal fit‑out projects? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, forward‑thinking business specialising in office and retail fit‑outs across the UK.

About the Role

You'll take ownership of multiple fit‑out projects nationwide, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, you'll be the driving force behind smooth project delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of internal office and retail fit‑out projects from inception to completion

Manage project programmes, budgets, and resources

Lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Conduct regular site visits across the UK

Report on project progress, risks, and performance

About You

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the fit‑out or interiors sector

Strong understanding of commercial, operational, and H&S requirements

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Willingness to travel nationwide as required
