We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager for a contract role delivering commercial fit-out projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with a strong track record in managing electrical packages within fast-paced commercial environments.

The successful candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring electrical works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role is focused on commercial fit-out projects, requiring close coordination with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders throughout delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage electrical works from pre-construction through to project completion
Oversee commercial fit-out projects across London
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure works are delivered on programme and within budget
Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards
Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
Monitor quality standards and ensure successful project handover

Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager
Strong background in commercial fit-out projects
Ability to manage multiple packages and fast-paced delivery schedules
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
