This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Electrical Estimator looking to join a respected M&E Building Services contractor delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects typically ranging from £2m to £8m.
The company is a well-established M&E contractor with a strong presence across the London market, known for delivering high-quality projects within fast-track commercial environments. They have built long-standing relationships with repeat clients and are recognised for their collaborative culture, technical capability, and consistent project delivery.

The Role – Electrical Estimator
You will be responsible for pricing electrical packages typically ranging from £500k to £2m as part of wider commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
Working closely with the pre-construction team, you will be involved from initial enquiry through to final submission, playing a key role in securing new work and supporting continued growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Reviewing tender documentation including drawings and specifications
* Producing accurate electrical take-offs and cost plans
* Issuing enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors
* Analysing and comparing quotations
* Attending internal tender review and adjudication meetings
* Preparing detailed tender submissions including clarifications and exclusions
* Supporting post-tender negotiations where required
Requirements
* Electrical Estimator or Intermediate Electrical Estimator level
* Experience within M&E Building Services
* Proven experience pricing commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects
* Stable employment history demonstrating commitment and reliability
* Strong technical understanding of electrical systems within commercial environments
* Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet deadlines
* Good communication skills and a collaborative approach

Remuneration Package – Electrical Estimator
£62,000–£74,000 plus Car Allowance / Travel Allowance and excellent Benefits Package
