Electrical Project Manager | M&E Building Services | London | £75,000–£85,000 + Package
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a well-established M&E Building Services contractor delivering commercial projects across Central London, typically ranging from small works through to £1m in value.
This role would suit a commercially aware Electrical Project Manager who enjoys taking full ownership of projects, from initial tender through to final delivery.

The Role – Electrical Project Manager
This is a key hire within the business, offering a high level of autonomy and responsibility across both pre-construction and project delivery.
You will be involved from tender stage through to completion, managing projects end-to-end and working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Projects are primarily within the commercial sector, including office fit-out and refurbishment works across Central London.
This role would particularly suit someone who has either previously run their own projects independently, or enjoys operating in a less structured, more entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing electrical projects from tender stage through to completion
* Supporting or contributing to pricing, tendering, and pre-construction activities
* Overseeing site delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
* Managing subcontractors and coordinating site teams
* Liaising directly with clients and maintaining strong working relationships
* Ensuring all works are delivered in line with technical and safety standards
* Monitoring programme, progress, and commercial performance
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within M&E Building Services
* Strong background delivering commercial projects (fit-out or refurbishment preferred)
* Ability to manage projects from pre-construction through to completion
* Experience working within small-to-medium sized M&E contractors
* Good commercial awareness, including understanding of project costs and margins
* Strong client-facing and communication skills
* A stable career history demonstrating commitment and the ability to see projects through from start to finish
This role is best suited to individuals who are comfortable taking ownership and accountability, rather than operating within a heavily structured, process-driven environment.
