A team-focused Construction Consultancy in Sussex are seeking a bright and articulate Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

Based near Chichester, the new Quantity Surveyor will be working across various historic, residential, and commercial properties throughout the West Sussex area.

The successful Quantity Surveyor shall carry out a diverse role including liaising with contractors, cost planning, pre contract estimates, working on JCT contracts and a lot more.

The Quantity Surveyor

Completed a RICS accredited degree
5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
UK PQS/ Consultancy experience is preferred
Pre and post contract knowledge
Able to carry out QS tasks independently
Driving licence and carIn Return?

£45,000 – £60,000
