Mechanical Supervisor – Central London
£300-£325 per day (Outside IR35) | Long-Term Contract

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a growing team delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking for long-term contract work on a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from £2 million to £12 million in mechanical value.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all mechanical installations on-site
Supervise subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures
Monitor progress against programme and report to Project/Contracts Managers
Conduct quality inspections and manage snagging processes
Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and internal teams
Requirements

Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within commercial fit-out projects
Strong understanding of HVAC, pipework, and mechanical building services
SSSTS or SMSTS certification
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain high standards under pressure
