You'll be joining a well-established, highly respected construction contractor with more than five decades of expertise delivering luxury residential and heritage refurbishment projects across London and the South of England. Your new role
You will take full commercial responsibility for a prestigious high-end refurbishment in Virginia Water valued at £15m. This includes managing structural restoration, bespoke joinery packages, and high-speed finishes. You'll oversee cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle, while working closely with clients, architects, and specialist trades.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have at least 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS delivering high‑end residential or heritage refurbishment projects. Strong knowledge of JCT contracts, excellent commercial and negotiation skills, and a keen eye for detail are essential. A passion for quality and craftsmanship will help you excel in this environment.
