Passive Fire Project Manager

We are currently partnering with a well-established and growing contractor in Central London who specialises in fire protection and compliance across commercial and residential projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Passive Fire Project Manager to oversee key projects and ensure the highest standards of safety and delivery.

The Role:
As Passive Fire Manager, you will take ownership of multiple projects, managing teams and ensuring all passive fire protection works are completed in line with current regulations and client expectations. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee passive fire protection works across multiple sites

* Manage site teams, subcontractors, and project timelines

* Ensure all works comply with current fire safety regulations and standards

* Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality checks

* Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams

* Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

* Support tendering and project planning where required

Requirements:

* Proven experience in passive fire protection (e.g. fire stopping, compartmentation)

* Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role

* Strong knowledge of UK fire safety regulations and compliance standards

* Relevant qualifications (e.g. FIRAS, BM TRADA, or equivalent) desirable

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
