Part 2 Architectural Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and design focused Part II Architectural Assistant to join our client’s growing team in Birmingham.

The Role:

As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you will support the design and delivery of residential led schemes, from early concept stages through to planning.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of concept designs, layouts, and masterplans

Prepare high-quality drawings, visuals, and presentation material

Support the preparation of planning applications and supporting documents

Work collaboratively with architects, urban designers, and consultants

Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and research

Contribute to design reviews and client presentations

Use software such as AutoCAD / Revit

Requirements:

RIBA Part II qualification

Experience working on housing and/or master planning projects

Strong design, layout, and presentation skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit

Good understanding of UK planning policy and residential design principles

Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
