The Role
This position will be primarily office-based, with regular travel to project sites to oversee delivery, liaise with clients, and support site teams.
You will be responsible for managing electrical projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
A key focus of the role will be within the retail sector, working with high-profile clients and delivering fast-paced, high-quality fit-out and refurbishment projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage electrical projects from pre-construction through to handover
* Oversee project planning, programming, and resource allocation
* Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards
* Manage project budgets, costs, and commercial performance
* Identify and mitigate project risks
* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Project Types
While the role will have a strong emphasis on retail, the business also delivers projects across:

* Fit-out and refurbishment works
* Specialist electrical installations
About You
* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager (or similar role)
* Essential: Experience delivering retail projects (fit-outs, refurbishments, or new store developments)
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installations
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong communication and client-facing abilities
* Commercial awareness and budget management experience
* Full UK driving licence
