What you'll be doing:
Delivering exceptional project and programme management across the full lifecycle
Advising clients on cost, timelines, risks, and key project considerations
Building and managing strong client and stakeholder relationships
Producing clear, insightful monthly reports (programmes, risk registers, etc.)
Driving effective communication strategies across project teams
Developing and executing robust delivery plans to meet project objectives
Challenging conventional approaches and thriving in dynamic environments
Continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance and outcomesWhat we're looking for:
Degree-qualified in Project Management or a related construction discipline
Working towards (or already holding) a professional qualification such as APM, RICS, or equivalent
Proven experience managing projects from inception through to completion
Strong knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies
Commercial or developer-side experience (highly desirable)
Solid understanding of both pre- and post-contract project management responsibilities
