Contracts Manager (Dry Lining)
Our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with extensive Dry Lining & Ceilings experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage several sites at different stages, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple projects concurrently from pre-construction through to completion
* Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers across various live projects
* Ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget, and in line with client expectations
* Review and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
* Monitor project performance, costs, and progress, reporting regularly to senior management
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
* Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues across projects
* Ensure health & safety standards are maintained across all sites
* Support procurement and subcontractor appointment processes
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager working for a Dry Lining Sub Contractor
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Knowledge of health & safety regulations within construction
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
