If you’re a Senior Estimator who enjoys turning complex briefs into commercially strong, winning tenders, this could be a strong next step.

You’ll be joining a busy roofing and cladding division working across commercial builds, refurbishments, and social housing frameworks. It’s a role where your input genuinely influences outcomes, not just numbers on a page.

• Leading estimates across flat, pitched, metal, overclad, and sustainable roofing systems

• Producing BOQs, take-offs, and cost plans with precision

• Supporting bid strategy with risk analysis and programme insight

• Building relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors

• Working closely with the supply chain to secure best-value solutions
