I’m working with a growing contractor who’s secured over £10m of new work and is looking to bring in a Quantity Surveyor to support delivery across multiple live schemes.
 
This is a design & build environment, heavily focused on cladding, external envelope and refurbishment works – not a standard build role.
 
The Role

Commercial management of cladding / façade / external refurbishment projects up to £5m
Operating within a design & build structure
Managing procurement consultants alongside the usual commercial responsibilities
Full lifecycle involvement — from procurement through to final account
Working closely with delivery teams and senior leadership 
What they’re looking for

Quantity Surveyor with 8+ years’ experience (flexible for strong SQS level)
Strong background in:
Cladding / façade / external envelope
Refurbishment / remediation
Design & Build projects
Comfortable managing consultants as well as subcontractors
Strong commercial awareness and ability to run packages independently
