Electrical Site Manager – M&E / Building Services

Location: Woking
Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 + Package
Holiday: 31 Days

An established M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to support the delivery of projects across Woking and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day electrical activities on site
Supervise subcontractors and direct labour
Ensure works are delivered in line with programme requirements
Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance
Monitor quality of installations and oversee snagging and handover
Coordinate with project teams and other trades on site

Requirements

Previous experience as an Electrical Site Manager
Strong understanding of electrical installations and site processes
Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple trades
Good communication and organisational skills

Package

Salary of £65,000 – £70,000
31 days annual leave
