A local Property Maintenance Company are looking to recruit a well skilled multi to join their Kitchen & Bathroom Property Team. A lot of the work will be within Portsmouth and Surrounding areas, with maximum travel up to South London. You will be provided with a company van and fuel card to cover business travel expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

Install kitchens and bathrooms, including tiling, basic plumbing, and decorating/finishing work

Perform carpentry repairs and maintenance in domestic properties

Replace sanitary ware, baths, shower trays, and level decks

Box in pipework and install sundry items such as taps

Fit prebuilt kitchen cupboards and base units

Vinyl floor laying experience is advantageous but not required

Must be able to Solder

All Employees will be paid on a CIS Basis. And Van will come home with you every evening.

Uniform and PPE provided

IPAD System to show all your work

At least 5 years of multi-trade experience

Experience working in occupied premises with strong customer service skills

Ability to use mobile technology (iPad or PDA)

Current CSCS card (desirable)

Full and valid UK driving licence with at least 2 years of driving experience

Ability to drive a company van

You will be paid hourly £18-£20ph depending on experience
