Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced freelance Contracts Manager for a well-established and growing main contractor, to oversee DRS roll-out projects in the West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable contractor delivering high quality projects across the region.

The Role

The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget. This is a fast-paced roll-out within live retail environments requiring strong coordination, planning and client facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee delivery of multiple DRS installation projects across various sites.
Manage site teams and subcontractors.
Ensure programmes, budgets and quality standards are achieved.
Drive health and safety and ensure compliance across all sites.Requirements

Proven experience as a contracts manager with retail experience
Experience managing multi-site or roll-out programmes
Strong communication and leadership abilities Essential certifications
