Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced freelance Site Manager for a well-established and growing main contractor, to oversee DRS roll-out projects in and around the West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable contractor delivering high quality projects across the region.

The Role

The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations on a live retail project, overseeing installation works and ensuring delivery is safe. This is a hands-on role requiring strong coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all on-site activities
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors
Ensure works are delivered to programme, quality and health and safety standardsRequirements

Proven experience as site manager with retail experience
Experience working in live environments
Strong communication and leadership abilities Essential certifications
