The Role — Straight Up

* Full commercial responsibility across the project lifecycle

* Subcontractor procurement & package management

* Driving performance, standards, and accountability

* Experience running large-scale projects (£40m–£70m+)

* Confident leading teams (2–5 people)

* Solid understanding of JCT & NEC contracts

* Strong negotiator — not just technically good

* Comfortable being client-facing

Bonus points if you’ve worked in social housing / refurbishment.

The Type of Person

* Gets on with it

* Organised, commercially sharp, and accountable

* Good with people — clients, teams, supply chain

* Can handle pressure

* Knows how to run a job, not just report on one

The Setup
