Salary: up to £700 p/day (Inside IR35)
We are recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Head of Commercial to lead commercial strategy, contract management, and financial performance across the organisation.
This senior role will provide commercial leadership across contracts, supply chain relationships, and governance, ensuring strong margin performance, effective risk management, and successful delivery aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead contract strategy, negotiation, and execution across project‑based and resource‑based arrangements
Develop and deliver the commercial strategy to achieve target margins across the portfolio
Oversee supply chain performance and commercial alignment
Act as final reviewer for pricing and commercial submissions prior to governance approval
Lead commercial governance and ensure contractual compliance
Work closely with Finance on monthly P&L reporting and profit performance
Act as the senior escalation point for complex commercial and contractual issues
Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, leading commercial discussions and reviews
