Bid Coordinator / Bid Writer

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Bid Coordinator / Bid Writer to join our growing team based in South Woodford.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in bid writing and coordination, particularly within the public sector, to play a key role in securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the end-to-end bid process, from initial opportunity identification through to submission
* Writing, editing and reviewing high-quality, compelling bid responses
* Coordinating with internal teams to gather relevant information and ensure timely submissions
* Managing and maintaining bid documentation, ensuring accuracy and version control
* Working with various procurement portals and systems
* Ensuring all submissions are compliant with client requirements and deadlines
Key Requirements:
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Bid Coordinator / Bid Writer role
* Proven experience working with SQs (Selection Questionnaires) and tender portals
* Strong document management and organisational skills
* Demonstrable experience within the public sector, including sectors such as social housing and leisure centres
* Excellent written English with a keen eye for detail
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
