Site Manager – CAT B Commercial Fit-Out Project
Location: Woolwich, London
Project Duration: 14 Weeks
Start Date: 16th May

Shift Pattern:

* Monday to Friday: 3:00pm – 10:00pm

* Saturday: Full day

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a 14-week CAT B commercial fit-out project based in Woolwich. This is a key role where you will act as the number one on site, taking full responsibility for day-to-day operations and reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all on-site activities to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard

* Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers

* Maintain strict health & safety compliance and site documentation

* Monitor programme progress and proactively address any issues

* Ensure quality control across all stages of the fit-out

* Act as the main point of contact on site for stakeholders

Requirements:

* Proven experience managing CAT B commercial fit-out projects

* Strong leadership and organisational skills

* Ability to work independently as the lead on site

* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications

* Availability to commit to the full 14-week programme
