The Opportunity
One of London’s largest Tier 1 contractors is seeking an experienced Senior M&E Manager to join the team on major residential developments across the capital.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a market-leading business delivering large-scale, complex MEP packages, with the backing, stability, and project pipeline expected from a Tier 1 contractor.
The role offers the chance to take ownership of significant residential schemes while working alongside high-performing project teams on flagship developments.
Role Overview
As Senior M&E Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex mechanical and electrical packages on major residential projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards.
This role requires a technically strong leader with proven experience managing large MEP packages within residential developments.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of complex M&E packages on major residential schemes

Manage subcontractors, consultants, and project delivery teams
*
Ensure all MEP works are delivered in line with programme, quality, and commercial targets
*
Oversee commissioning, testing, and handover phases
*
Drive health & safety, quality assurance, and compliance across all M&E works
*
Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, consultants, and supply chain partners
*
Monitor risk, programme milestones, and package performance
*
Provide leadership and technical support to project teams
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Senior M&E Manager or M&E Manager on major residential developments
*
Strong background delivering complex MEP packages
*
Experience working for a developer or Tier 1 contractor preferred
*
Excellent technical, commercial, and leadership capability
*
Strong stakeholder management skills
*
Ability to manage fast-paced, high-value residential projects
Candidates must have strong residential MEP delivery experience to be considered.
