We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established commercial facilities team.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out both Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a commercial environment, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient building operations at all times.

This role also includes working on electrical catering equipment. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity to expand your skill set within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial buildings

* Fault finding, repairs, and minor installations

* Maintenance and basic repairs of electrical catering equipment (training provided)

* Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and site procedures

* Accurate completion of maintenance records and documentation

* Responding promptly to breakdowns to minimise downtime

Ideal Candidate

* Proven experience delivering electrical maintenance in a commercial environment

* Sound knowledge of PPM schedules and reactive repair work

* Strong fault-finding ability and attention to detail

* Willingness to be trained on electrical catering equipment

* Professional, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
