Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering & Groundworks packages
PERMANENT Salary up to £90,000 + Package
LTD CO Rate – Circa £400 – £450per day

Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor needed to mange the cost controls and cost reporting on between 2-3 civil engineering projects, each valued at circa £2m – £6m.
Should be self sufficient and be able to manage their own workload and responsibilities. A mixture of site based, office and home working.

• Sites are within 30 miles of Birmingham and surrounding areas.
• Reporting to Commercial Director
• Working for a very established business
• All clients are large blue chip construction organisations

Works will typically include:
• Bulk excavation, Pile Caps, Ground beams and floor slabs, Foundations, Specialist tanking installation, Retaining walls, External works, Hard and soft landscaping

Rewards
Salary to suit experience level – circa up to £90,000 + car package, Pension, Holidays, etc
LTD co Status – daily rate depending on experience – long term professional services contract offered
